Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

In consideration of Tradecraft Overseas (hereinafter referred to as “Tradecraft”, which expression shall, where appropriate, include its affiliates, successors, and assigns), the user agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as may be amended, supplemented, or superseded by Tradecraft from time to time.

These Terms and Conditions / Terms of Service apply to all types of loans, including but not limited to:

1. Personal Loan
2. Business Loan
3. Vehicle Loan
4. Consumer Loan
5. Gold Loan
6. Home Loan
7. Credit Card

These Terms (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between Tradecraft, having its principal place of business at:

B-401, Kailas Business Park, Vikhroli West, Mumbai – 400079, India,

and the user of the services.

Your continued access to or use of the Services after any updates or modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility / Condition Precedent

Tradecraft may grant or continue to grant a loan to the borrower subject to the fulfillment of the following conditions:

1. If you are an individual, you must be at least 18 years of age.
2. If you are a non-individual entity, you must be duly authorized to agree to these Terms.
3. You must be solvent and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.
4. You must be a citizen of India.
5. You must be a natural person; usage of bots or automated tools is strictly prohibited.
6. Your application must be accepted by Tradecraft as per its prescribed process.
7. All required documents (legal or otherwise) must be submitted and completed to the satisfaction of Tradecraft.
8. All primary and secondary evidence as requested must be duly furnished.
9. No event of default should exist or be likely to occur.
10. All representations and warranties provided must be true and accurate.
11. Any additional conditions imposed by Tradecraft must be fully complied with.

3. Account Setup

To access the services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information, including but not limited to:

1. Name
2. Address
3. Mobile number
4. Age
5. Any unique identifier issued by Tradecraft

You agree that:

1. All information provided is true, accurate, and up to date.
2. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in restricted access or termination of services.
3. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account.
4. You must maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
5. You are allowed to operate only one account, unless otherwise permitted in writing by Tradecraft.
6. Any misuse of your account not attributable to Tradecraft shall be your responsibility and liability.

You further agree that the data provided during account setup may be used in accordance with Tradecraft’s Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

4. Services

The Services provided by Tradecraft include:

1. Access to Tradecraft’s system/platform
2. Verification and evaluation of user-provided information
3. Assessment of creditworthiness
4. Enabling submission of a Credit Facility Application for short-term credit facilities (“Advance”)

Tradecraft may, at its sole discretion, allow users to apply for credit facilities through its partnered, duly licensed entities (“Tradecraft Partners”).

Key points:

1. Tradecraft is not obligated to disclose the basis of its creditworthiness assessment.
2. Credit evaluations are conducted using proprietary algorithms, methodologies, and risk assessments.
3. Each application is assessed independently and dynamically.
4. Approval of one application does not guarantee approval of future applications.
